About the role
Responsible for managing and maintaining high-performance computing systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor system resources to ensure efficient utilization.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep systems up-to-date and secure.
- Resolve technical issues and perform software installations as needed.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate new hardware and software solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in system administration or a related field.
- Experience with Linux operating systems and virtualization technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Qualifications
- Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash or Python.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Experience with backup and disaster recovery procedures.
Skills
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
