Hansen Talent Group is seeking a strong IT Technician with in-depth experience supporting end-user equipment and LAN equipment. This is a full-time, contract position working 100% onsite with a great team offering longevity and upward mobility!The LAN Support Technician will be responsible for providing hardware support to end-users to ensure business operations and objectives can be met.Duties:Install and set up end-user hardware to include PCs, printers, and peripheral equipment as well as provide on-going system administration.Support LAN, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, including connectivity issues, performance problems.Install and configure desktop applications and utilize SCCM for pushing packages and updates. Ensure end-users have access to the tools and applications needed for their role. Manage Active Directory user profiles and access.Provide break/fix support for desktop computers. Troubleshoot all hardware and software related issues, providing equipment replacements as needed. Support IT asset tracking and documentation.
