System Access Administrator

We are seeking a System Access Administrator to join our team at TekSynap, a fast-growing high-tech company focused on delivering comprehensive information management solutions for Federal Government customers.

Responsibilities

• Supports account setup, ongoing administration, and compliance oversight.
• Establishes new job roles and maintains accounts for both internal and external users.
• Conducts system testing, including creating and managing test accounts within assigned applications as needed.
• Develops and maintains system access profiles for external application users.

Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in account management, access control, or identity and access management environments.
• Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority (e.g., Security+).
• Active Secret – IT II (Tier 3) Non-Critical Sensitive Clearance.
• U.S. citizenship (required for security clearance).

Work Environment

• Location: Mechanicsburg, PA metropolitan area.
• Type: Hybrid – Must be available to periodically support meetings in the Mechanicsburg, PA area.
• Noise level: Medium.
• Schedule: Day shift Monday – Friday. May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs.
• Travel: Up to 10%.

Pay

Target salary range: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00. The salary range is an estimate and may vary based on education, experience, skills, competencies, contract parameters, and organizational requirements.
