Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Microsoft Windows Server environments (2012 R2, 2016, 2019, 2022).
- Manage and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure and services.
- Support Microsoft Azure environments and multi-cloud architectures.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and security controls.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure, networking, and application issues.
- Support IIS administration, server operations, patching, upgrades, and system maintenance.
- Manage DNS, TCP/IP, file sharing, NTFS permissions, and network services.
- Implement automation and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Participate in infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity, compliance, and technology initiatives.
- Provide operational support and ownership of medium-to-high complexity technical issues.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in systems administration, infrastructure engineering, or related IT roles.
- 3+ years supporting infrastructure, network operations, and server administration.
- Strong experience with AWS cloud services.
- Experience with Microsoft Server technologies and IIS administration.
- Experience with Linux administration (Red Hat and Ubuntu), including patch management.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, and cloud networking.
- Experience troubleshooting complex technical environments and supporting enterprise systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
- Experience with API Management, IT Service Automation tools, and batch processing services.
- Experience supporting multi-cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, compliance, infrastructure hardening, and identity management.
