Sys Manager Revenue Cycle Operational Analytics
About the role
The System Manager, Revenue Cycle Operational Analytics will lead the critical reporting and analytics functions for our entire revenue cycle operations. This role focuses on enhancing analytical capabilities and driving performance improvements within the complex landscape of healthcare finance.
Responsibilities
- Focusing on developing new and innovative analytics and reporting solutions to support robust performance monitoring and continuous improvement across all facets of the revenue cycle.
- Translating complex data into actionable insights, providing the tools necessary for operational leaders to identify trends, optimize processes, and achieve financial goals.
- Managing a team to deliver high-value solutions for performance monitoring, driving strong improvement in Revenue Cycle operations.
- Developing and implementing data models and analytics to enhance Revenue Cycle operations.
- Providing accurate and actionable reporting using various techniques, managing the revenue analytics tool while ensuring proper training.
- Analyzing results, communicating findings, making recommendations to stakeholders, and proactively identifying/implementing solutions based on Revenue Cycle expertise.
- Performing all aspects of data analysis (acquisition, visualization, quantitative/qualitative) and maintaining proficiency in key data applications and tools (Google Suite, SQL, Epic Clarity).
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing data quality monitoring processes, and developing digital solutions to reduce manual work and enhance analytical capabilities.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 7 (seven) years of finance, revenue cycle and/or information systems experience within the healthcare industry.
- Advanced Excel and experience with various reporting platforms.
- Experience leading implementations and 3+ years of project management experience.

Pay
The posted compensation range of $52.15 - $77.58 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
Schedule
The role is full-time with 80 hours per pay period and operates on a Monday through Friday schedule.
