Responsibilities
- Aid callers with patient information regarding visiting hours, room and telephone extensions.
- Maintain the operation of telephones and page equipment, ensuring they are functioning properly and reporting issues for repair.
- Monitor and report safety and security violations, and enforce emergency procedures during fire and disaster conditions.
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual proficiency preferred.
