Responsibilities

  • Aid callers with patient information regarding visiting hours, room and telephone extensions.
  • Maintain the operation of telephones and page equipment, ensuring they are functioning properly and reporting issues for repair.
  • Monitor and report safety and security violations, and enforce emergency procedures during fire and disaster conditions.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency preferred.
