Swiss Senior CNC Programmer

About the role

Excellent opportunity for a Senior CNC Programmer, specializing in Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and product development services within the medical device industry.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate complex multi-axis CNC machines
• Optimize tooling, speeds/feeds, and machining strategies
• Troubleshoot and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Mentor and train operators and setup personnel

Requirements

• 7+ years of CNC programming experience
• Strong machining background in Swiss-style equipment
• Experience with GibbsCAM or ESPRIT (Mastercam experience also considered)
• Experience in regulated, high-precision environments (medical device preferred)
• Ability to support both Swiss and Lathe/Mill Turn departments
• Must be able to support both facilities in Minnesota (Lino Lakes and Circle Pines)

Equipment & Software

Swiss Department: Citizen L20, L220, M32, K16

Lathe/Mill Turn: Mazak 100, 200, Integrex i-150

Software: GibbsCAM, ESPRIT

Pay & Schedule

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Pay: $40–$50/hour + Quarterly KPI Bonus
