Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of tasks, including planning for each shift, monitoring performance during the shift, taking action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability
- Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare him/her to run a great shift
- Manage inventory, daily maintenance, and cleanliness
- Ensure quality food production, exceptional customer service, and safety and security
- Schedule and train crew members
Qualifications
- Leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety and cleanliness standards
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
