About the role

J.W. Ebert dba McDonald’s is an independent franchisee that serves many meals a day inside its restaurants and actively supports the local community through schools, fundraisers, and volunteering. A Swing Manager works directly with the General Manager to coach and lead staff and operations, leading shifts each week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan each shift and monitor performance throughout the shift.
• Ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for a successful shift.
• Meet shift targets and help assigned departments achieve their goals.
• Food safety and inventory management.
• Daily maintenance and cleanliness.
• Managing crew quality and food production.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Scheduling and training staff.
