Responsibilities
- Leading shifts every week, ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit
- Planning for each shift
- Making sure the team meets McDonald’s standards during the shift
- Monitoring safety, security, and profitability
- Communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare him/her to run a great shift
- Managing inventory, daily maintenance, and cleanliness
- Managing crew quality, food production, and exceptional customer service
- Scheduling, training, and additional tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety and cleanliness practices
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
