Swing Manager

About the role

This job posting is for a Certified Swing Manager position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee is a separate company and employer from McDonald’s USA. If hired, the franchisee will be the employer.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
• Monitor performance during the shift, take corrective actions as needed, and ensure compliance with McDonald’s standards.
• Maintain safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift.
• Meet targets during shifts and assist in meeting Department goals.
• Manage inventory, daily maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Ensure exceptional customer service.
• Manage crew effectively.
• Manage food safety.
• Perform internal communication tasks.
• Manage scheduling.
• Train crew members.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
• Positive attitude and a flexible schedule.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be considered for management positions.
