What You’ll Do
- Achieve annual business plan targets within the swine segment while maintaining strong customer relationships and driving sales growth
- Keep customers informed on Selko and IntelliBond products
- Utilize SPIN selling techniques to advance opportunities
- Support a team-selling approach by building multi-level relationships across customer organizations
- Contribute to swine research strategy, execute customer-facing trials, and partner with marketing to translate trial results into impactful customer materials that demonstrate product value
Who We’re Looking For
- A customer-focused and results-driven professional with a strong background in swine production, nutrition, or animal science
- Combines technical expertise with strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Thrives in a collaborative sales environment
- Motivated to deliver business results
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Animal Science or related field, or equivalent industry experience in swine production or nutrition
- Strong professionalism and customer focus
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based sales environment
- Solid understanding of animal research design, execution, analysis, and reporting
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Proficiency in Windows and data analysis tools
- Willingness to travel 30–50%
