Responsibilities
- Develop and implement swimming lesson plans tailored to different age groups
- Supervise swimmers during lessons and ensure they follow safety guidelines
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress and any concerns
- Adapt lesson plans based on feedback from instructors and parents
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
- Valid lifeguard certification
- Experience working with children
- Excellent communication skills
