Responsibilities
- Swim Instruction and Relationship Management: Teach swim lessons to students of varying ages and skill levels, tailoring your approach to meet individual needs.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure the safety of all students in and around the water, following all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Student Progress Monitoring: Track and assess students’ progress, providing feedback to students and parents to ensure continuous improvement.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other teachers to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
Qualifications
- The ability to work a consistent weekly schedule with minimal absences
- Undergo a background check

Compensation
Starting wage: $15.00 - $18.50 per hour
This is a part-time job with the possibility of becoming a full-time job.
