About the role
The Swim Instructor I and II positions are responsible for teaching swimming lessons to children and adults.
Responsibilities
- Teach swimming lessons according to age-appropriate curriculum
- Ensure safety of students during lessons
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians
- Adapt lesson plans based on student progress and ability
Requirements
- Valid lifeguard certification
- First aid and CPR certification
- Experience teaching swimming
- Excellent communication skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in education or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience

Salary range: $25,000 - $35,000 annually
