About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Swim Instructor II to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong teaching skills and a passion for aquatic education.

Responsibilities

• Teach swimming lessons to students of varying ages and abilities
• Develop lesson plans and ensure safety protocols are followed
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress
• Assist in maintaining pool equipment and facilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Aquatic Education, or related field
• Valid lifeguard certification
• At least 2 years of experience in swim instruction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Strong teaching and coaching abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of CPR and First Aid

Pay

Salary range: $40,000 - $50,000 annually

Schedule

Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday
