Responsibilities
- Teach swimmers of all ages to develop confidence, safety, and proper technique.
- Create personalized lesson plans.
- Motivate students.
- Provide consistent feedback in a positive, energetic environment.
Qualifications
- Strong swimming skills and certification.
- Experience working with children and adults.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
