Responsibilities
- Design inclusive swim lessons tailored to individuals of all abilities.
- Use creativity, empathy, and adaptive teaching methods to help every swimmer feel safe, successful, and confident in the water.
Qualifications
- Adaptive aquatics experience required.
- Patience and communication skills.
- Water safety knowledge.
- Ability to provide individualized instruction.
- Empathy towards diverse learners.
