About the role
The Senior Management team at American Swim Academy® is seeking an Operations Manager to join their team in Fremont. The ideal candidate will assist in the operation of the facility, including swim instruction, member service, deck management, and special projects.
Responsibilities
- Be the point of contact between management, staff, and members
- Assist in the management and training of all school staff
- Teach classes and in-water training
Qualifications and Skills
- Service-driven management experience
- Experience in aquatics or recreation
Pay
$22.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience

Year-round and small class ratios offer personalized instruction, 7 days a week. Our indoor pools are heated to a comfortable 92° and have been designed specifically for swim instruction.
