About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to provide leadership in our Swatch Store. The ideal candidate is a seasoned retail manager with a strong focus on driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and support sales objectives
• Perform daily operations of a specialty retail store
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to lead a cohesive, high-functioning team
• Set the standard for superior customer service and sales volume
• Maintain visual merchandising standards
• Develop and motivate staff; lead by example
• Protect the security of cash, inventory, and other company assets according to guidelines
• Enhance the Swatch brand through effective communication, enthusiasm, and professionalism

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in an Assistant Manager position, specialty retail preferred
• Team-oriented with a creative approach to problem-solving
• Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
• Proactive attitude

Pay

$26.00 – $28.00 per hour, plus commission.
