Assistant Store Manager, Valley Fair
Main Responsibilities
- Aiding the Store Manager in achieving store sales goals and maximizing profitability.
- Assisting with the management of the store team and implementing company programs, policies, and procedures.
- Representing and supporting the Diesel brand and values.
- Continuously improving and developing management skills by taking ownership of assigned responsibilities (customer service, merchandising, operations).
- Managing the team and performing certain Store Manager responsibilities in the Store Manager's absence.
- Exercising discretion and independent judgment in the day-to-day management of salespersons and key functional areas.
- Performing omni-channel services and initiatives.

Strong management and communication skills, with a proven track record as a respected leader in the retail industry.
A passion for premium denim and Diesel culture, along with a keen interest in fashion trends and product knowledge.
The ability to build strong relationships with customers and deliver a world-class shopping experience.
Experience in retail management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage a team effectively and take on additional responsibilities when needed.
Proven ability to make decisions and exercise discretion in a professional setting.
Knowledge of omni-channel retail practices and initiatives.
