SVP, Total Rewards

For our client, we are seeking a SVP, Total Rewards to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This leader will shape the global total rewards strategy for a complex, multi-brand organization operating across a decentralized corporate structure. The role will guide executive compensation, equity, governance, and compliance-related communications while partnering closely with senior leaders across Talent, Compensation, and the broader HR function. You will also help ensure the rewards philosophy is aligned, scalable, and effective across the business. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in compensation and benefits, along with the strategic influence needed to lead through matrixed reporting relationships and drive team performance at the enterprise level. Location: Norwalk, CT - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $308,000 – $376,000 annually Responsibilities Define and scale the global total rewards philosophy across the organization Establish functional matrix reporting lines with brand total rewards leaders Manage and evolve the corporate Total Rewards function, optimizing team delivery Serve as the primary strategic contributor to the Talent & Compensation Committee Oversee the evolution of executive compensation and equity programs Direct strategic positioning of compliance-related documents and filings Qualifications 15+ years of progressive HR and total rewards experience in a US-listed multinational organization Proven success in leading complex compensation and benefits functions Demonstrated ability to navigate decentralized or matrixed corporate structures without direct authority Deep technical knowledge of SEC regulations and corporate governance Strong strategic mindset with market intelligence acumen for optimizing rewards Benefits Comprehensive health and wellness benefits Tuition reimbursement programs Fitness reimbursement offerings Employee discounts and additional perks Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
