An outstanding opportunity for a senior Total Rewards leader to join a technology-driven financial services organization undergoing significant transformation. The Senior Vice President, Total Rewards will report to the Chief People Officer and lead a small team responsible for executive compensation, governance, benefits, and rewards strategy while partnering closely with executive leadership. Candidates with immediate availability will be favored and considered for either permanent or interim appointments.
