Key Responsibilities
- Own overall P&L accountability for the Content Innovation Cloud business, with direct responsibility for sales and bookings performance.
- Define and execute a clear growth strategy that drives revenue expansion, market share gains, and long-term scalability.
- Establish clear business priorities, success metrics, and operating cadence to ensure accountability and execution.
- Lead the end-to-end GTM strategy, including positioning, packaging, pricing, segmentation, and routes to market in partnership with Product & Marketing.
- Partner with Sales leadership to ensure strong execution, pipeline health, and consistent performance against bookings targets.
- Enable sales teams with clear value propositions, differentiated messaging, and competitive positioning to improve win rates.
- Partner closely with Product leadership to shape the product vision and roadmap, grounded in customer needs and market opportunity.
- Translate market insights, customer feedback, and competitive dynamics into clear product and GTM priorities.
- Ensure strong differentiation by aligning product capabilities with compelling, market relevant use cases.
- Work with Marketing to define and elevate the external narrative for Content Innovation Cloud, including thought leadership, messaging, and brand presence.
- Represent the business externally with customers, partners, and industry forums to strengthen Hyland’s market credibility and visibility.
- Serve as the single threaded leader aligning Product, Sales, Marketing, and other functions around a shared strategy and execution plan.
- Build strong partnerships across the organization to drive speed, clarity, and results.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience leading or scaling cloud, SaaS, or platform based solutions.
- Background in content, information management, or adjacent enterprise software markets.
- Experience working in highly competitive markets requiring clear differentiation and rapid innovation.
- Proven senior leadership experience in a General Manager, SVP/VP, or similar role with ownership of revenue and business outcomes.
- Strong background across Product, Marketing, and Sales go-to-market motions, ideally within enterprise software or cloud based platforms.
- Demonstrated success scaling and growing a technology business, including driving bookings and revenue growth.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels, translating vision into action.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence, align, and lead cross functional teams.
