SVP, Product Marketing and Enablement

About the role

Sinch is seeking an accomplished and strategic Senior Vice President (SVP) of Product Marketing and Enablement (Product GTM) to lead the charge in promoting and extending our global leadership position in cloud communications.

Responsibilities

• Translate Product Strategy and Roadmap into GTM action
• Lead the global revenue enablement strategy
• Drive the development and communication of compelling, customer-centric positioning and messaging strategies
• Develop and execute go-to-market plans across diverse communication channels
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing campaigns
• Conduct market research and provide strategic insights to leadership
• Interact with industry analysts and represent Sinch at industry events

Requirements

• 15+ years of proven experience in product marketing leadership roles
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Strong understanding of CPaaS, telecommunications, or related industries
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for complex, technical products
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with a commitment to a customer-centric approach
• A change agent with a deep sense of curiosity, a growth mindset, and a passion for experimentation
• Experience partnering with product and GTM teams
• Capable of making decisive choices, even with incomplete data, to help drive growth

Pay

The annual starting salary for this position is between $252,000-$316,000. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.

Schedule

This is a flexible remote role open to candidates in various locations; however, we have a strong preference for candidates residing in the East Coast or Central time zones.
