About the role

For our client, we are seeking a SVP, Partnerships to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This senior leadership role will shape partnership strategy and negotiation outcomes across a complex media ecosystem. You will lead high-stakes negotiations with major media partners, align internal stakeholders, and drive deal structures that maximize client value. The role combines strategic oversight, market insight, and team leadership to strengthen performance across video, streaming, audio, and programmatic channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex negotiations with Tier 1 media partners
• Develop and execute negotiation strategies to maximize client value
• Structure innovative deal frameworks with performance guarantees
• Serve as the primary contact for agencies and business units
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align negotiation outcomes
• Provide thought leadership on market trends and pricing dynamics
• Mentor and develop negotiation team members

Qualifications

• 15+ years in media buying, planning, or partnership negotiation
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles managing high-value media partnerships
• Proven track record negotiating with major media companies
• Deep expertise in digital video, CTV, streaming, and digital audio landscapes
• Comprehensive understanding of programmatic and direct media buying metrics

Pay

Compensation: $200,000 – $225,000 annually
