Pipeline Rigor
You will implement and maintain a disciplined sales process. You will be expected to manage a transparent, predictable, and data-driven lead-to-close lifecycle.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
You will partner closely with additional stakeholders to ensure that "The Win" is backed by a sustainable operational plan.
Market Strategy
You will act as a subject matter expert in health and wellness trends, positioning MERGE as the premier partner for brands looking to make a meaningful impact.

Who You Are
- 12+ years in senior business development or agency growth roles
- Must have deep roots in Health & Wellness or Life Sciences
- A "True Hunter" mentality—motivated by the chase and the close
- Proven track record of using CRM and data to drive predictable growth
- Ability to command a room and mentor junior pursuit teams

We are proud to include salary ranges in our job postings to ensure fair compensation practices. The salary range for this role is $200,000 - $215,000 + commission, based on the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
