New Business Acquisition

You will identify, target, and close high-value enterprise accounts within the growing health, wellness, and lifestyle industries.

Executive Presence

You will conduct high-stakes discovery and pitch presentations to C-suite stakeholders, articulating MERGE’s value proposition with clarity and confidence.

Pipeline Rigor

You will implement and maintain a disciplined sales process. You will be expected to manage a transparent, predictable, and data-driven lead-to-close lifecycle.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

You will partner closely with additional stakeholders to ensure that "The Win" is backed by a sustainable operational plan.

Market Strategy

You will act as a subject matter expert in health and wellness trends, positioning MERGE as the premier partner for brands looking to make a meaningful impact.

Who You Are

  • 12+ years in senior business development or agency growth roles
  • Deep roots in Health & Wellness or Life Sciences
  • "True Hunter" mentality—motivated by the chase and the close
  • Proven track record of using CRM and data to drive predictable growth
  • Ability to command a room and mentor junior pursuit teams
