Responsibilities
- Drive creative vision and brand direction across all company Television Stations and platforms
- Ensure consistency and high quality of brand assets and marketing materials
- Develop and implement multi-platform marketing strategies across various media
- Lead and mentor a team of creative and marketing leaders
- Collaborate with leadership to align marketing strategies with local market needs
- Promote talent-driven marketing and creator content as key brand strategies
- Work with Digital Product teams to maintain brand cohesion across all platforms
Qualifications
- Extensive creative or marketing leadership experience in senior-level roles
- Proven track record in building and executing multi-platform marketing strategies
- Hands-on expertise in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, and AI tools
- Strong understanding of data-driven decision-making in both digital and traditional contexts
- Experience managing paid marketing campaigns with focus on audience acquisition KPIs
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and social-first content approaches
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams in complex environments
