Responsibilities
- Define the creative vision and brand direction across all markets and platforms
- Ensure quality and consistency of all brand assets and marketing materials
- Develop and implement multi-platform marketing strategies with performance metrics
- Lead a team of creative and marketing leaders to drive growth
- Collaborate with leadership to align strategies with local market needs
- Incorporate creator content and talent-driven strategies into brand marketing
- Work with digital teams to maintain brand cohesion across all platforms
- Incorporate AI tools and technology to enhance production and marketing effectiveness
Qualifications
- Extensive creative or marketing leadership experience in senior roles
- Proven ability to develop multi-platform marketing strategies for live channels
- Hands-on experience with graphic design and video editing tools
- Strong analytical skills for strategy development based on data
- Experience managing budget and audience acquisition KPIs effectively
- Expertise in influencer and talent-driven marketing strategies
- Track record of building high-performing teams in complex environments
- Exceptional communication skills for influencing senior stakeholders
