Sustainment Manager

Responsibilities

• Propose and oversee Subcontractor efforts, leading stakeholders with proposals and developing Supplier Statement of Work (SSOW) requirements.
• Participate in and/or provide productive input toward various program initiatives to improve contract/team performance.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Customer requirements and sustainment review milestones.
• Monitor and document subcontractor activities to ensure consistency of processes and procedures in execution and/or correction requirements.
• Create, coordinate, and deliver SDRLS and/or CDRLs, including detailed status reports, host IPTs, EAC reviews, financial reports, etc.
• Focus on identifying and implementing strategic improvements and suggesting solutions consistent with the Customer's vision.
• Afford early recognition of problem areas, expedite problem reporting, and collaborate to facilitate resolutions.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
• Leadership experience for a geographically diverse team
• Prior experience working with subcontractor contracts and execution, to include cost, schedule, and technical compliance
• Current U.S. Passport with minimum of 1 year prior to expiration and 3 blank pages
