CR&R Incorporated is seeking an experienced Sustainability Manager to lead our municipal recycling, organics, and waste diversion programs. - Supervise and develop a team of Sustainability and Outreach Specialists
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Environmental Policy, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of supervisory or management experience
- Experience with municipal solid waste, recycling, organics processing, or environmental consulting strongly preferred
- Strong public speaking, project management, and data analysis skills

- Lead high-impact programs with real, measurable environmental outcomes
- Stable, growing organization at the forefront of California's waste diversion mandates
- Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits
- Direct visibility with municipal leadership and executive teams
