Sustainability Project Manager

The Role

The Sustainability Project Manager will manage workplace wellness and inclusion initiatives, maintain and expand community partnerships, and represent Eurofins at external events. The role requires occasional travel and weekend events, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage site workplace wellness and inclusion initiatives
• Maintain and expand community partnerships and represent Eurofins at external events
• Coordinate data gathering and content for the business line annual sustainability report
• Enhance the sustainability report to include requested data and comply with industry expectations
• Work with department management to publish articles in company/client newsletters
• Provide education for clients/employees on sustainable business practices and ESG initiatives
• Support Sustainability program initiatives and communicate with external contacts
• Coordinate projects with Facilities and EHS management to reduce waste and energy consumption
• Independently research and present new project ideas related to sustainable initiatives, including ROI data for Executive Management
• Assist with training new employees in the Sustainability department
• Support expansion of program at other Eurofins BPT sites
• Develop tools to track company cost savings specific to sustainable initiatives for Executive Management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, public health, communications with coursework/focus/concentration in sustainability
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
