- Required Skills And Abilities: list many.
- Essential Functions Of The Position: detailed duties.
We need sections: About the role (maybe position summary), Responsibilities (essential functions), Requirements (required education/experience), Qualifications (preferred education/experience?), Skills (required skills and abilities), Benefits (hybrid schedule, medical/dental/vision, PTO, tuition remission, retirement plan), Pay (salary range), Schedule (hybrid work schedule maybe). But we must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content for Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We need to decide which headings to use. The instruction: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use those exact headings if content exists.
We must not repeat job title as heading. So no Sustainability Coordinator
.
We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings.
We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from posting, but we can format as
Sustainability Coordinator
. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from posting, but we can format asor
- . Must not omit any substantive info.
We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, compliance statement, safety report link, etc. Also remove "Offer of employment is conditional upon the successful completion of a pre-employment physical." That's substantive? It's a condition of employment; maybe we keep it under Requirements or Job Details? It's not a standard heading but we can include as a paragraph under Requirements or maybe under About the role? It's a condition; we could put under Requirements as a note. But we must preserve it. Where to place? Could be under Requirements as a separate
. Or we could create a section "Job Details" but not in allowed headings. Probably we can include it under Requirements as a paragraph. We must not include duplicated lines. There's some duplication: "Performs other related duties as assigned." appears twice (position summary and essential functions). We should keep only once? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." Duplicated lines are considered boilerplate? It says remove duplicated lines. So we should remove duplicate occurrences. Keep one instance. We need to decide structure. Potential sections: - About the role: position summary paragraph. - Responsibilities: essential functions (list of duties). Could be bullet list. - Requirements: required education and experience + pre-employment physical condition. - Qualifications: preferred education and experience. - Skills: required skills and abilities (list). - Benefits: hybrid work schedule, full medical/dental/vision coverage, paid time off, tuition remission, generous retirement plan. - Pay: salary range $60,000 - $65,000 plus note about factors considered. - Schedule: hybrid work schedule (maybe already in Benefits; but we could still have Schedule section if distinct). However we must not create Schedule unless posting actually states them. It does state hybrid work schedule. So we could have Schedule section describing hybrid work schedule. But Benefits also includes hybrid work schedule; we might duplicate. Better to put hybrid schedule under Schedule, and benefits separate: medical/dental/vision, PTO, tuition remission, retirement plan. However the posting lumps them together: "Hybrid work schedule Full medical, dental, vision coverage Paid time off Tuition remission ... A generous retirement plan". So we could separate. We must not create sections with filler. So we need actual content for each. Let's extract: Hybrid work schedule: yes. Full medical, dental, vision coverage: yes. Paid time off: yes. Tuition remission - eligible employees and their dependents can obtain a degree TUITION FREE: yes. A generous retirement plan: yes. Thus Benefits section can include those. Schedule section: hybrid work schedule (maybe same as above). Could be redundant but we could still include schedule details. However we might avoid duplication by putting hybrid schedule under Schedule and not repeat in Benefits. But the instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe combine hybrid schedule into Benefits and omit Schedule section. But we need to follow instruction: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it. If we put hybrid schedule under Benefits, we still have content for Benefits. Schedule section would be duplicate or thin; we could omit Schedule. Thus we will have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay. We must not include Schedule. Now we need to format. We'll produce:

We must ensure no markdown fences, just raw HTML. Check for any leftover boilerplate: we removed EEO, compliance statement, safety report, etc. Also removed duplicated "Performs other related duties as assigned." we kept one in About the role. Also removed "Job Details Offer of employment is conditional upon the successful completion of a pre-employment physical." we kept that under Requirements. Check for any other duplicated lines: "Performs other related duties as assigned." appears also in Essential Functions? Actually we didn't include that line in Responsibilities; we have not included that phrase anywhere else. In Essential Functions we didn't copy that phrase. So fine. Check for any mention of "Temple University's Office of Sustainability is searching for a Sustainability Coordinator." That's introductory; we didn't include it as heading but we might want to keep that as part of About the role? The About the role currently only has position summary. The introductory sentence could be considered part of About the role. But we already have position summary; we could add that sentence as well. However the instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it)". The introductory sentence includes the job title but not as heading; it's okay to keep. Should we keep it
