The user wants me to convert this job posting into clean semantic HTML following specific rules. Let me analyze the content and structure it appropriately. First, I need to identify the sections: 1. About the role / Job Summary 2. Responsibilities (Essential Duties & Responsibilities) 3. Requirements (Minimum And Preferred – Education, Experience, And/or Certifications) 4. Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities 5. Competencies (Preferred Competencies) 6. Work Conditions / Physical Requirements 7. About Us (company description) 8. Pay/Compensation info (Compensation Range, Salary Minimum, FLSA) 9. Schedule/Work Hours (Weekly Work Hours, Work Location) 10. Benefits? Not explicitly mentioned beyond professional development hours. 11. Application deadline Rules: - Use

for section headings - Use
  • for lists - Use

for prose - Don't repeat job title as heading - Don't put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings - Fold minor metadata into short

or drop - Preserve ALL substantive information - Remove boilerplate (EEO, equal opportunity, scam warnings, application instructions) - Include section ONLY when real specific content exists - Never emit heading with filler/placeholder text - No Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless actually stated - Output ONLY HTML fragment, no html/body, no markdown fences Let me parse the content: **Compensation/Pay info**: - Weekly Work Hours 40 - Compensation Range Staff Range N06 - Salary Minimum $68,840.00 Annually - FLSA United States of America (Exempt) This is substantive pay info, so include a Pay section. **Schedule/Work Location**: - Work Location: All positions on-site, after six months may be eligible for hybrid based on criteria. Academic positions require on-campus presence. This is substantive schedule info, include Schedule section. **About the role / Job Summary**: There's a "Position Type Staff Position / Job Summary" paragraph describing the department and role. Good for About the role. **Responsibilities**: "Essential Duties & Responsibilities" with a long list of bullet points. Should be a Responsibilities section with ul/li. **Requirements**: "Minimum And Preferred – Education, Experience, And/or Certifications" with Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. Should be Requirements section with sub-lists. **Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities**: Has Required and Preferred. Should be Skills section (or Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities). Use h3 "Skills" or "Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities". The rule says use headings like "Skills". I'll use "Skills". **Competencies**: "Preferred Competencies" lists four individual contributor competencies. Should be a Competencies section. **Work Condition Environment / Physical Requirements**: Detailed physical requirements. Should be a Work Conditions section. **About Us**: Company description. Should be an About Us section. **Application Deadline**: November 4, 2026. Could be a short p in a meta section or fold into a closing p. The rule says fold minor metadata into short p or drop. But deadline is important. Could include in a "Application" section? But rule says remove application instructions. Deadline is not instruction, it's a date. Might include as a p at end or in a small section. I'll include as a p in a "Details" section or just a p. But better to have a "Details" section with metadata like deadline, professional development hours, background check. However, rule says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could fold into a closing paragraph. Also there's "Required Dallas College Professional Development Hours per Academic Year. All employees are required to complete a minimum of 19 hours." That's a benefit/requirement. Could go in Requirements or Benefits. But Benefits section only if posting states them. It states professional development hours requirement. Could be in Requirements or a separate Benefits? I'll include in Requirements as a bullet. Background check info: "Will be subject to a criminal background check. Some positions may be subject to a fingerprint check." That's a requirement/condition. Could go in Requirements. Now, structure: 1. About the role (h3) - p with job summary 2. Responsibilities (h3) - ul with li for each duty 3. Requirements (h3) - maybe two sublists: Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. Use ul with li, maybe nested? But rule says use ul li for lists. Could do two separate ul with headings? But headings only h3. Could use p for "Required Qualifications:" then ul. That's fine. 4. Skills (h3) - Required and Preferred. Similar. 5. Competencies (h3) - ul of four competencies. 6. Work Conditions (h3) - p with physical requirements. 7. Pay (h3) - p with compensation details. 8. Schedule (h3) - p with work hours and location details. 9. About Us (h3) - p with company description. 10. Maybe a closing p with deadline and background check. But rule: "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". All these have content. Now, ensure no duplicate headings. Use exactly the heading names suggested: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. The rule says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So I should use those exact headings where appropriate. "Qualifications" might be same as Requirements. The posting has "Minimum And Preferred – Education, Experience, And/or Certifications" which is qualifications. Could use "Requirements" heading. The example includes both Requirements and Qualifications. I'll use "Requirements" for education/experience, and "Skills" for knowledge/skills/abilities. Competencies could be separate heading "Competencies" but not in example list. The example list includes "Qualifications" and "Skills". I'll use "Requirements" and "Skills". For competencies, maybe include under Skills or separate. I'll create a "Competencies" heading as it's substantive. But the rule says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)". It says e.g., so not limited to those. But prefer those. I'll use "Requirements" for education/experience, "Skills" for knowledge/skills/abilities, "Competencies" for competencies. Now, write HTML. Let's start. First, About the role:
