About the Role
The Tire & Wheel / Alignment Technician (Service Specialist) is responsible for overseeing all activity within our service shop. This full-time opportunity offers a family atmosphere, excellent pay, and future growth potential.
Responsibilities
- Perform lift kits on trucks
- Install leveling kits
- Install brakes
- Mount, balance, and install tires and wheels
- Use tire mounting and balancing machines
- Install vehicle lifts
- Perform alignments
- Handle light front-end work
- Oversee all activity in the installation shop
- Place product and supply orders
- Organize delivered merchandise
- Identify and properly tag all returned products
- Clean and maintain returned products
- Maintain an organized inventory system
- Control parts spending
- Lift and organize heavy product (must be able to lift 50lbs unassisted)
- Ensure shop safety guidelines are followed
- Complete required paperwork
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in suspension/lift installation, tire/wheel mounting, balancing, alignments, and light front-end work
- Valid state driver license with a clean driving history
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check prior to hire
- ASE Certification preferred but not required
- Prior experience as a tire technician, wheel specialist, automotive technician, auto tech, or alignment tech is helpful

Pay
$18.00 - $23.00 per hour, with potential to make between $35,000 - $50,000 annually including bonus.
