About the role
We’re not a general repair shop—we specialize in high-performance suspension systems, drivetrain setups, and off-road builds. If you take pride in precision work and want to build more than just basic installs, this is the place.
Responsibilities
- Perform precision alignments (lifted trucks, Jeeps, and custom setups).
- Install, service, and repair suspension systems.
- Remove and rebuild front driveline components (axles, CVs, etc.).
- Rebuild differentials and shocks.
- Diagnose suspension and driveline issues.
- Maintain accurate job records and documentation.
- Keep your workspace clean, organized, and efficient.
- Safely operate shop equipment (lifts, air systems, hydraulic tools).
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on automotive experience.
- Strong understanding of suspension geometry and driveline systems.
- Ability to work independently and maintain quality standards.
- Attention to detail—no shortcuts, no comebacks mindset.
- Basic knowledge of shop systems (electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic).
- ASE certifications are a plus, but not required.
- Must have your own tools and know how to use them properly.
