About the role

We are looking for energetic people with a great attitude, responsible, passionate about serving, and team players. No prior experience is necessary; we provide paid training.

Minimum Responsibilities

• Preparing various types of sushi dishes according to established guidelines on quality, portion size, presentation, and food safety.
• Maintaining a clean work environment to prevent food contamination.
• Sterilizing all utensils, instruments, and equipment used in sushi preparation before every use.

Minimum Requirements

• Customer focus.

• Desire to learn.
• Do the right thing.
• Able to lift 30 to 40 pounds.
• Begin certified is a plus.
