About the role

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our team at Flour. Our ideal candidate loves to eat award-winning baked goods and sandwiches.

Responsibilities

• Follow assembly instructions and recipes accurately to ensure each sandwich is consistently delicious.
• Engage our guests at Flour by greeting them with a smile, treating them with kindness, and finding the correct answers to any questions they may have.
• Work in a professional kitchen environment as part of a team.
• Be available to work at least 3-4 shifts per week, including at least one weekend day.
• Have at least 1 year of previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
• Maintain proper grooming and uniform standards.
• Be prepared to be on your feet all day. This is a physically active role.
• Ability to stand for long periods, walk, sit, push, pull, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
• Operate equipment such as ovens, grills, knives and other kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Work in an environment with loud noises, machinery, and at times, tight spaces.
• Work around various aromas and fluctuating temperatures (at times, you could be in a freezer and/or hot kitchens, etc.).
• Be able to maintain a professional demeanor even when dealing with potential cross-contamination due to gluten.

Schedule

We are flexible with scheduling, but applicants must be available to work at least 3-4 shifts per week, including at least one weekend day.

Pay

Competitive compensation package is offered based on experience and qualifications.
