Responsibilities
- Oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Ensure all work adheres to local building codes and regulations
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies
- Prepare and present project reports and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction management
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Procore, ArchiCAD)
