Survey Service Leader / Survey Manager

Primary Responsibilities

• Partners with the local market leaders to implement the Louisiana offices’ strategic plans, business development and operations for the Survey Service in the office.
• Mentors and develops the Survey service staff in the office.
• Works with the Regional Survey Leader and local market leaders to develop annual business plans and a strategy and vision for maximizing Westwood’s share of the local Survey Service.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the survey service consulting business
• Licensed Professional Survey
• 5+ years of experience in the land surveying industry in Louisiana
• Excellent technical and project management skills
• Experience in operations and business practices
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Independent judgement is essential
