Survey Regional Manager - Texas & Louisiana
About the role
Phasor Engineering LLC is seeking a Professional Land Surveyor for a permanent position within the southern United States to support our growing operations. The role involves managing all aspects of project execution, general business development, and supporting growth through various projects.
Responsibilities
- Managing all aspects of project execution
- Establishing communication protocols for the project
- Identifying client or Phasor interest holders and decision makers
- Performing change management and disseminating information
- Setting up systematic processes for project data and reporting
- Assessing project financials and establishing cost controls
- Conducting periodic reviews to identify risks
- Liaising with Phasor personnel on project requirements
- Mobilizing crew members and managing shift schedules
- Participating in division-level meetings to coordinate crew allocation
- Engaging in general business development within the Southern region of the US
Requirements
The candidate must be licensed in Texas and Louisiana and willing to obtain licenses in additional states. Costs for obtaining additional licenses will be covered by Phasor. Work-from-home or a hybrid work scenario will be considered for the right candidate.
Qualifications
- Licensed Professional Land Surveyor in Texas and Louisiana
- Experience with large-scale engineering and construction projects
- Prior transmission line experience is an asset
