Survey Project Manager

About the role

V3 Companies seeks a Survey Project Manager to lead career-defining projects that transform communities and landscapes. This role offers flexibility with remote opportunities in multiple states and the option for in-office work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare various land surveys, including construction layout, as-builts, ALTA, boundary, and topographic surveys.
• Oversee and manage survey projects from setup through completion.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Bid new projects and create/write proposals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of land surveying experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, with experience in construction calculations, boundary, and topographic surveys preferred.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Professional licensure in Indiana required.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Surveying degree or equivalent experience.
• Professional license in relevant state(s).
• Experience in construction surveying preferred.
