About the role
V3 Companies seeks a Survey Project Manager in our Greenville, SC office. The ideal candidate will contribute to significant projects that transform communities and make lasting impacts.
Responsibilities
- Prepare various land surveys, including construction layout and as-builts, as well as ALTA, boundary, and topographic surveys.
- Oversee and manage survey projects from setup through completion.
- Manage and mentor field crews.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Bid new projects and create/write proposals.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of land surveying experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, with experience in construction calculations, boundary, and topographic surveys preferred.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- FAA Part 107 License preferred.
- Professional licensure in South Carolina is required.
Qualifications

- Strong organizational and communication skills.
