Survey Project Manager
Job Summary
V3 Companies is seeking a Survey Project Manager to contribute to career-defining projects that reimagine the built and natural world. This is a remote opportunity for various locations including CO, FL, IN, MI, MO, NE, NC, OH, SC, TN, WI, and AZ, with the option for in-office work at one of our locations.
About the Role
You will be responsible for preparing various land surveys, overseeing and managing projects from setup to completion, coordinating with clients, developing project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, bidding new projects, and creating proposals.
Responsibilities
- Prepare various land surveys, focusing on construction layout and as-builts, as well as ALTA, boundary, and topographic.
- Oversee and manage survey projects from setup through completion.
- Cook with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Bid new projects and create/write proposals.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of land surveying experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, with experience in construction calculations, boundary, and topographic surveys preferred.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Professional licensure in Indiana is required.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications
