About the role
GM2 Associates, Inc. is seeking a full-time Survey Party Chief to work on a wide variety of private and public projects.
Responsibilities
- Perform boundary surveys
- Conduct existing conditions and topographic surveys
- Handle construction layout
- Complete ALTA surveys
- Prepare as-built surveys
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of field operations using total station, data collector, levels, and GPS equipment
- Working knowledge of Autodesk 3D
- Ability to prepare plans and perform calculations
- 3–5 years of field experience
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Good leadership and communication skills with peers and clients
- College degree and S.I.T. certification required
- Willingness and ability to travel and work in an office setting
