Survey Party Chief

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage survey crews for various projects.
• Conduct field surveys and collect accurate data using advanced surveying equipment.
• Prepare and maintain survey documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure project specifications are met.
• Train and mentor junior staff on surveying practices and equipment usage.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in the field.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Survey Party Chief or similar role in civil surveying.
• Strong knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment, including Total Station and GPS.
• Familiarity with reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
