About the role
The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to lead safety, quality, and revenue generation throughout our existing operations and additional operations through growth.
Responsibilities
- Determines elevations and lays out stakes for construction surveys
- Calls out reading and/or directs helpers to write station numbers and readings on grade stakes
- Marks points of measurement with elevation, station number, or other identifying mark
- Directs placements of stakes at designated points
- Enforces and abides by all safety regulations
Requirements
- Valid Drivers License with clean driving record required
- Uncompromising focus on safety excellence
- Years of prior surveying experience as Party Chief/Foreman required or several years experience as a senior rodman with knowledge and ability to operate survey equipment
- Able to work outside in all types of weather and tolerate being exposed to loud noises
- Ability to pick up on new tasks quickly
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when necessary
- Must pass pre-employment drug-screening
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and extended hours as needed

- Able to provide valid documentation for the I-9 Immigration requirement
- Must be Drug Free and able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and possess a Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record

$28.00/hr, starting wage based on verifiable experience
