Survey Crew Chief
What you will do
We are currently looking for a Survey Crew Chief to help us make a real impact in our Tri-Cities office. In this role you will plan, organize, and direct the survey crew to ensure that work is completed within budget and to clients' satisfaction. You will perform a mix of office and field work and will work on a variety of projects including residential subdivisions, educational facilities, and military installations. Types of surveys performed include ALTA/ACSM land title surveys, route surveys, topographic surveys, and construction staking projects.
What we are looking for
- 6+ years of surveying experience.
- Survey Crew Chief experience required.
- Extensive knowledge of land surveying principles and practices.
- Working knowledge of TDS, Trimble software, Trimble Robotic Total Stations, and GPS equipment.
- Ability to organize field notes and execute field staking.
- Strong written and verbal communication and computer skills.
- A valid Washington State driver's license and the ability to obtain and maintain clearance to work at local military installations.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Actual pay will be based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Survey Crew Chief - $31.00 - $48.00 per hour. Annual discretionary performance-based bonus.
