About the role

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Land Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in surveying and a passion for delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Perform field surveys using GPS and traditional surveying techniques
• Prepare detailed survey reports and maps
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure project accuracy and compliance
• Ensure all work complies with local and state regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of professional surveying experience
• Knowledge of surveying software and tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Qualifications

• Professional Land Surveyor license in New York, North Carolina, or Ohio (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
• Experience with AutoCAD and GIS software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
